Karen is a seasoned professional specializing in residential sales. Her prior experience working on Wall Street, in marketing and high-end retail sales gives her the tools to meet the needs of all levels of client. Whether the client is a seller looking to downsize, the first time home owner, the experienced or second home purchaser, Karen's goal is the same. She works to serve each client selling or buying with honesty and integrity, making each closing a success for all. Karen earned Bannon & Hebert Properties Top producer Award in 2009. In furthering her real estate education, Karen has earned her GRI, from the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the At Home with Diversity, designation from the National Association of Realtors.
A graduate of St. Margaret's-McTernan and Skidmore College, Karen believes giving service to ones community is part of service to your clients. She is a member of The Exchange Club, Waterbury Symphony Orchestra League, The Junior League of New York City, Mattatuck Museum Corporate Campaign Committee and past board member of the CT Chorale Society.
